Jason Carter and I will be teaching a 1 hour group workshop through Zoom on Sunday March 29th at 7pm US Central Time. The topic is backing up a singer in a bluegrass jam or on stage and this is a continuation of our last workshop (you do not need to have attended our last workshop to participate). We simply had so many requests for different keys and songs for fiddle backup that we decided to do a second class to cover more material.

Jason will play guitar and sing while I teach backup licks and ways to play behind a singer. We will both discuss our approaches to fiddle backup in different settings and questions are encouraged!

There will be material for all levels in this class. The workshop is recorded so feel free to sign up even if you can’t make it in person, everyone receives a download link to the workshop video at the end. Signups end at 6pm day of workshop.
